Nestled in Padonan, the villa offers a tranquil escape just a short drive from the lively streets of Canggu, ensuring convenience to popular destinations. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate its prime location, close to Bali MMA, Wanderlust, Soma, and other gyms. Despite its serene ambiance, Padonan provides easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes with a brief drive such as The Canala and Old Muse. Indulge in the flavors of the region with a visit to Wrung Lisa for authentic local cuisine, or explore the vibrant oasis of Canggu, ensuring all your needs are met.

House Rules
• The MAXIMUM CAPACITY is strictly limited to 4 individuals, including children. Please note that only as many people can stay in the villa as the reservation was made for. Unauthorized visitors found staying in the villa without our prior approval will be treated as in-house guests, incurring a penalty charge of 300.000 IDR per night, per person.
• Kindly be aware that this villa is not suitable for parties, events, or noisy gatherings. Violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge of 2.000.000 IDR.
• Possession and usage of drugs is strictly prohibited. Any incident related to illegal drugs will result in immediate expulsion from the villa without compensation or refund.
•. Quiet hours between 11pm - 8am.
• You can find a fire extinguisher in the kitchen - using it unnecessary will incur a 2.000.000 IDR penalty.
• If you leave the villa please make sure to turn off all lamps, electronic devices, iron and oven to avoid electronic problems.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside of the property's premises. Doing so will incur a 2.000.000 IDR penalty. Smoking is allowed only in the garden and outside of the villa.
• Lost key will incur a 300.000 IDR charge per key.
• No pets are allowed. Bringing pets to the villa will incur a 2.000.000 IDR penalty.
• Please note that there is 1 lovely cats living on-site who like to keep to herself and is fed daily by our Staff. Feeding time is at 5pm daily. The cat cannot be taken away or relocated by us during rental. She is also not to be harmed or taken away under any circumstances. Please keep this in mind if you are afraid of or allergic to cats.
Breaking any of these rules may result in immediate eviction from the villa.
