Essential Information
House Rules
• The MAXIMUM CAPACITY is strictly limited to 8 individuals, including children. Please note that only as many people can stay in the villa as the reservation was made for.
Unauthorized visitors found staying in the villa without our prior approval will be treated as in-house quests, incurring a penalty charge of 350,000 IDR per night, per person.
• There is no smoking inside the bedrooms and bathrooms, so if you smoke please use the ash trays provided outside. There is a fine of 2.000.000 Rp to be paid for those who attempt to smoke inside, so please avoid this for the benefit of us all.
• Kindly be aware that this villa is not suitable for parties, events, or noisy gatherings.
Violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge of 2,000,000 IDR.
• No pets are allowed. Bringing pets to the villa will incur a 2.000.000 ID penalty
• Quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
• If anything gets damaged/breaks due to a fault of our guests or their companions in the Apartme there will be a charge for that to cover the cost.
• The staff rooms are for our Staff Only.
• DO NOT open the door to random strangers or let anyone in (apart from our scheduled
Staff) who would like to gain access to the property without prior notice or permission given by one of our Management Staff. If anyone is asking for information about the Villa, please simply send them away and explain to them that the owner is not present at the time, therefore you cannot provide any further information.
• Lost key will incur a 300.000 ID charge per key.
• Possession and usage of drugs is strictly prohibited. Any incident related to illegal drugs will result in immediate expulsion from the villa without compensation or refund.
• Please turn off the AC and lights when not needed or not used. Please lock the main door with the key when leaving the property.
• Please do not flush anything down the toilet apart from toilet paper (no tampons, pads, trash.. as it can block the drainage and cause serious blockage. In the case of that happening, we will have to charge you for fixing the issue at hand.
• Please note that you may encounter some wild animals in the outside open areas and around the rice field areas of the property.
Breaking any of these rules may result in immediate eviction from the villa.
