The building and furnishing comfort quality of the villa is just astounding. Amazing effort was put in to ensure a relaxing experience while staying in this architectural masterpiece. The villa features a spacious living room with comfortable sofa, a large projector equipped with all the SMART functions like Netflix or Youtube App and large sliding doors that provide plenty of natural light and open to a beautiful garden and swimming pool.
The dining area is perfect for meals with friends and family, with a comfortable dining table (8 seats) and fully equipped kitchen. We have ensured that the kitchen has all the amenities that you'd ever need during your stay here. We've equipped this space with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, induction stove, etc.
Guests seeking privacy can seamlessly retreat to their own air-conditioned quarters. All of the 4 bedrooms are en-suite, with a comfortable King Koil mattress & king-size bed, blackout curtains and plenty of storage space. The bedrooms also have large sliding doors or fixed windows, providing plenty of natural light and pool views. The en-suite bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet and sink, while two of the rooms also come with bath tubs.
The outdoor areas of the villa are perfect for lounging, with a large swimming pool with dimensions of: 13m length/3m width/ 140-150cm depth, that's complimented with sun beds, another two padded sun loungers, and a bar/recreation area where you can enjoy a lovely evening of cocktail party during a stunning sunset setting sky and turning into a star gazing event on a clear day. The garden is beautifully landscaped, adding to the serene atmosphere of the villa.

Essential Information
House Rules
• The MAXIMUM CAPACITY is strictly limited to 8 individuals, including children. Please note that only as many people can stay in the villa as the reservation was made for. Unauthorized visitors found staying in the villa without our prior approval will be treated as in-house guests, incurring a penalty charge of 350.000 IDR per night, per person.
• Kindly be aware that this villa is not suitable for parties, events, or noisy gatherings. Violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge of 2.000.000 IDR.
• Possession and usage of drugs is strictly prohibited. Any incident related to illegal drugs will result in immediate expulsion from the villa without compensation or refund.
•. Quiet hours between 11pm - 8am.
• You can find a fire extinguisher in the kitchen - using it unnecessary will incur a 2.000.000 IDR penalty.
• If you leave the villa please make sure to turn off all lamps, electronic devices, iron and oven to avoid electronic problems.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside of the property. Doing so will incur a 2.000.000 IDR penalty. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor and open areas only.
• Lost key will incur a 300.000 IDR charge per key.
• No pets are allowed. Bringing pets to the villa will incur a 2.000.000 IDR penalty.
Breaking any of these rules may result in immediate eviction from the villa.
