The villa was designed and furnished with a perfect blend of modern and laid back style, mixed with a touch of aesthetic artsy vibe. The sort of property to help you rest and refresh after a long day exploring Bali. The total area of the property is about 200 sqm with a decent sized pool that has a fantastic temperature to enjoy day and night. The property offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms in total and can accommodate a maximum of 6 pax.
The living area comes equipped with ceiling fan and AC which is refreshing after spending some time in the outside heat. If preferred, all glass doors can be fully opened to connect the indoor area with the outdoor and make it a seamless connection between the two spaces.
We provide private, gated parking that can fit a car or few motorbikes.
We offer strong Wi-Fi connection throughout the place at no extra charge. Each private bedroom has an AC and a Smart TV, along with an additional 58" TV in the living room area. Netflix app is available on all TVs but guests will need to use their own account to log-in.

Essential Information
House Rules
• The MAXIMUM CAPACITY is strictly limited to 6 individuals, including children. Please note that only as many people can stay in the villa as the reservation was made for. Unauthorized visitors found staying in the villa without our prior approval will be treated as in-house guests, incurring a penalty charge of 200.000 IDR per night, per person.
• Kindly be aware that this villa is not suitable for parties, events, or noisy gatherings. Violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge of 2.000.000 IDR.
• Possession and usage of drugs is strictly prohibited. Any incident related to illegal drugs will result in immediate expulsion from the Villa without compensation or refund.
•. Quiet hours between 11pm - 8am.
• You can find a fire extinguisher in the villa - using it unnecessary will incur in a 2.000.000 IDR penalty.
• If you leave the villa please make sure to turn off all lamps, electronic devices, iron and oven to avoid electronic problems.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside of the house. Doing so will incur in a 2.000.000 IDR penalty. Smoking is possible in the garden, outdoor and open areas only.
• Lost key will incur a 300.000 IDR charge per key.
• No pets are allowed. Bringing pets to the villa will incur in a 2.000.000 IDR penalty.
Breaking any of these rules may result in immediate eviction from the villa.
