This villa is perfectly situated just a minute walk from Jalan Petitenget, where you’ll find 24 hours Western and local supermarkets, money exchange services, and some of Bali’s most famous coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Within a short 3-4 minutes walk, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of popular spots like Forge Gastro Pub and KYND Community, along with many other dining options. You’ll be spoiled for choice with a wide variety of delicious restaurants located just steps from the villa.
A quick 4 minutes motorbike ride will take you to the iconic Potato Head Beach Club or Bali’s latest nightlife sensation, ShiShi Nightclub. Along the main road between the villa and the beach, you’ll discover hundreds of shops, souvenir stores, and restaurants to cater to your every need. This location truly has it all. Plus, Canggu and Berawa are easily accessible from the villa, offering even more opportunities for exploration. The airport is only a 30-minute drive away, making your travel convenient.

House Rules
• The MAXIMUM CAPACITY is strictly limited to 8 individuals, including children. Please note that only as many people can stay in the villa as the reservation was made for. Unauthorized visitors found staying in the villa without our prior approval will be treated as in-house guests, incurring a penalty charge of 350.000 IDR per night, per person.
• A deposit of 2,000,000 IDR will be collected for bookings under 30 nights, and 5,000,000 IDR for bookings for 30 nights or more upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages or losses to the property or its contents.
• Kindly be aware that this villa is not suitable for parties, events, or noisy gatherings. Violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge of 2.000.000 IDR.
• Possession and usage of drugs is strictly prohibited. Any incident related to illegal drugs will result in immediate expulsion from the villa without compensation or refund.
•. Quiet hours between 11pm - 8am.
• You can find a fire extinguisher in the kitchen - using it unnecessary will incur a 2.000.000 IDR penalty.
• If you leave the villa please make sure to turn off all lamps, electronic devices, iron and oven to avoid electronic problems.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the rooms and bathrooms. Doing so will incur a 2.000.000 IDR penalty. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor and open areas only.
• Lost key will incur a 300.000 IDR charge per key.
• No pets are allowed. Bringing pets to the villa will incur a 2.000.000 IDR penalty.
Breaking any of these rules may result in immediate eviction from the villa.
