Our villa is located in a quiet small street, surrounded by other similar villas, just between Seminyak and Canggu. This prime location offers the perfect blend of tranquillity and accessibility, allowing you to relax and also easily immerse yourself in the vibrant flow of Bali.
In the neighbourhood, you can find a variety of restaurants within walking distance that offer both local and international dishes. For lunch, our favourites is Uncle Pho. For breakfast, we recommend Arouna Pastry and Bakery, Aftertaste Breakfast or Luisana Kitchen. All of these places are only a 3-5 minute walk from the villa. The closest shop, Alfamart, is also not more than a 2-minute drive away. Other larger, Western Supermarkets or local markets are within easy reach.

House Rules
• The MAXIMUM CAPACITY is strictly limited to 6 individuals, including children. Please note that only as many people can stay in the villa as the reservation was made for. Unauthorized visitors found staying in the villa without our prior approval will be treated as in-house guests, incurring a penalty charge of 200.000 IDR per night, per person.
• Kindly be aware that this villa is not suitable for parties, events, or noisy gatherings. Violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge of 2.000.000 IDR.
• Possession and usage of drugs is strictly prohibited. Any incident related to illegal drugs will result in immediate expulsion from the Villa without compensation or refund.
•. Quiet hours between 11pm - 8am.
• You can find a fire extinguisher in the kitchen - using it unnecessary will incur in a 2.000.000 IDR penalty.
• If you leave the villa please make sure to turn off all lamps, electronic devices, iron and oven to avoid electronic problems.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the rooms and bathrooms. Doing so will incur in a 2.000.000 IDR penalty.
• Lost key will incur a 300.000 IDR charge per key.
• No pets are allowed. Bringing pets to the villa will incur in a 2.000.000 IDR penalty.
Breaking any of these rules may result in immediate eviction from the villa.
